Explore the countryside on mountain bikes or meander through magnificent walking tracks,
abundant with native flora and home to koalas, kangaroos and bird life.
Bring your fishing rod and fish the fully stocked lakes.
Lie back, relax, and enjoy the peaceful ambience of this beautiful property.
Your hosts, Joe and Jane Toohey, who live on the property and
have extensive local knowledge, can organise your day’s activities
or suggest places of interest.
Your air-conditioned cottage offers total privacy, with your
own modern, fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms - one with queen size bed,
the other with twin beds, comfy living room with wood heater, and bathroom
with claw foot bath for soaking away the stresses of city life.
Plan your day’s activities, or lack of them, on the verandah while
overlooking the tranquil lakes and vineyard. The only decision you may have to make
is what to do for lunch and dinner. Visit some of the many fine cafe's and restaurants
in the area, stay in and cook a sumptuous meal, or just a casual cook out on the barbecue.

Reservations.
To secure a booking, a 50% deposit is required with balance upon arrival. (No pets allowed.)
Cancellation at short notice, less than 4 days for weekends,
and less than 7 days notice for peak holidays periods
(public and school holidays) will result in deposit being non-refundable.

Bungeeltap Winery.
The Bungeeltap Winery borders the Sherwood Grange property.
Bungeeltap is one of the oldest properties in Victoria and is the aboriginal name given to
the property in 1838 by its founder John Cowie. It means ‘spirit water’.
